Home Based Care:

24 hour Homemaker Personal Care in individual’s homes

On Site On Call overnight Staffing in Individual’s homes

Medical Appointment Oversight and Transportation

We offer care based on each person’s ISP and waiver. Our Home Based Care Staff works to support the individuals independence and assists in meeting their daily living needs. Our staff assists with, but is not limited to the following:

Preparing Meals
Financial budgeting and Grocery shopping
Daily hygiene and personal care
Household cleaning, Laundry & Home Maintenance
Behavioral Supports

Adult Day Program for Adults with Developmental Disabilities:

Transportation from home to the Center and back home again

For Medication administration, tube feeding, catheter care and other medical needs, we have a full time Nurse on staff to assist in the oversight and care of each participant.

Taste of Thursday: Everyone can participate! Whether that is through the helping with measuring, stirring, pushing the controls on the mixer or maybe the smell or touch sensations. Each week, our incredible Staff Team guide the participants in all areas of sanitation, preparation, cooking and serving! And! Of course, tasting the fruit of their labors too.

With Taste of Thursday, meal and recipe planning is a part, how much is needed and how much will it all cost??? Let’s find out together! What is the budget? Budgeting and grocery shopping then are the next steps, so participants go with staff and learn to find the correct items needed and also find the price for the items.

Personal Care Instruction and Assistance for all Participants: Whether it is shaving, nail care, deodorant application, oral care, hair care, make up application or general grooming skills, making each process fun and engaging rather than ‘work’ helps to encourage a habit and routine of personal care.

Computer Lab: A dedicated Room for Computer Time! Bring your own Tablet or Laptop or use one of the Center’s. Participants may have their own Computer area and use Wi-Fi or maybe share sites with others. This area has become quiet the gathering spot! This room was Participant created with the vision and help of our talented staff. Somehow the Computer Lab has become an Island Oasis complete with Palm Trees, jungle animals, lots of blue sea and greenery and their own Jungle JEEP!

Creation Space: An area where anything that can be recycled and repurposed, will be! Whether umbrellas to Palm Trees or empty clear bottles to bells, Christmas Lights or colorful storage containers, new life is generated in this space. Participants work hand over hand with staff, or with adaptive equipment to enable each to be a part.
